Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound leads and respond to customer queries.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and qualify leads.
- Schedule meetings and product/service demos for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update customer information.
- Support the sales team in lead conversion and achieving targets.
Candidate Profile
- 1–2 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Telesales, BDE, or Customer Handling.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM will be an advantage.
- Candidates from EV, automobile, battery, energy, solar, or related industries will be preferred.
