PLC Engineer

🏭 Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled PLC Engineer to join our Automation & Controls team. The candidate will be responsible for PLC programming, industrial automation projects, troubleshooting, commissioning, and maintenance of automated systems across industrial sites.

• 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesProgramming, configuration, and testing of PLC, HMI, SCADA, and VFD systems
• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC logic for brands such as Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Mitsubishi / Schneider / ABB / Delta
• On-site commissioning, installation, and startup of automation systems
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PLCs, sensors, field instruments, panels, and communication protocols
• Prepare project documentation including wiring diagrams, logic descriptions, and FAT/SAT reports
• Work with clients and cross-functional teams to understand automation requirements
• Regular preventive maintenance of control & automation systems

📘 Technical Skills Required✔ PLC Programming (any major platform)

✔ HMI/SCADA development

✔ Knowledge of industrial communication protocols – Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, CAN, Ethernet/IP

✔ Ability to read electrical drawings & P&IDs

✔ Basic knowledge of control panel wiring & instrumentation

• 🎓 QualificationDiploma / B.Tech / B.E in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics / Automation
• Additional certification in PLC/SCADA will be an added advantage
• 🧑‍💼 Soft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Willingness to travel for site work

💰 Salary Range₹15,000 – ₹45,000 per month (based on experience & skills)

• Travel Allowance + Site Allowance + Incentives
