Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to join our café team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing fresh pizzas from scratch, maintaining high food quality, and working efficiently in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fresh pizza dough, sauces, and toppings.
  • Make a variety of pizzas using fresh, quality ingredients.
  • Operate and maintain pizza ovens.
  • Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and portion sizes.
  • Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
  • Manage ingredients and minimize food wastage.
  • Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy hours.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in pizza making at a café, restaurant, or pizzeria.
  • Knowledge of pizza dough preparation, stretching, topping, and baking.
  • Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work in a team and handle rush hours.
