Job Description

Studio Kai is looking for a proactive, organized, and client-focused Interior Designer cum Design Coordinator / Executive Assistant to join our team. The role involves interior design coordination, client communication, project tracking, executive support, and vendor coordination for premium residential interior and architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and coordinate interior design drawings and documentation.

Coordinate with clients for design discussions, approvals, and project updates.

Schedule meetings, site visits, and maintain project timelines.

Follow up with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.

Assist the Director in planning, scheduling, and project management activities.

Maintain project reports, meeting minutes, and project documentation.

Track project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Handle client communication professionally and efficiently.

Travel with clients and the design team for material selection, showroom visits, and vendor meetings when required.
