Job Title: Training & Payroll Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct a 2-day induction training for all newly joined employees.

Train employees on PM Surya Ghar Yojana, CRM application usage, company processes, and basic solar industry knowledge.

Ensure employees are ready for field operations after successful training.

Monitor and maintain daily employee attendance through the mobile app/biometric system.

Prepare monthly salary and incentive sheets between the 1st and 3rd of every month and submit them for management approval.

Maintain employee onboarding records and coordinate with HR and department heads.

Eligibility:

Graduate in any discipline.

Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, Training, Payroll, or Operations.

Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and payroll preparation.

Salary:

As per company standards + Performance Incentives.
