Output Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Output Manager to manage daily production/output activities, ensure timely completion of production plans, maintain quality standards, and achieve productivity targets.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating manpower, machinery, materials, production schedules, quality, and dispatch to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

• Key Responsibilities : Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production/output targets.
• Ensure production is completed as per schedule and required quality standards.
• Allocate manpower and resources effectively to achieve output targets.
• Monitor production efficiency, productivity, wastage, and downtime.
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, quality, maintenance, and dispatch teams.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and other production requirements.
• Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective action.
• Monitor machine/equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.
• Maintain daily production and output reports.
• Track actual output against planned targets and report deviations to management.
• Control production losses, rejection, wastage, and operational costs.
• Train, guide, and supervise production staff and operators.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and workplace discipline.
• Implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with the sales/dispatch team to ensure orders are fulfilled on time.
• Maintain proper documentation and operational records.
