# Job Description – Field Executive (ISP & Networking)

**Position:** Field Executive – ISP & Network Operations

**Salary:** ₹13,500 per month + Incentives

## About the Role

We are looking for motivated and responsible **Field Executives** to join our ISP & Networking team. The candidate will be responsible for customer installations, network-related field work, troubleshooting, maintenance, and providing on-site support.

Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome. Candidates with experience in **ISP, FTTH, broadband, networking, CCTV, LAN/Wi-Fi, or telecom field operations** will be preferred.

## Key Responsibilities

* Visit customer locations for new broadband/FTTH installations.

* Install and configure **ONT/ONU, routers, Wi-Fi devices, switches, and other network equipment**.

* Handle new connections, shifting, upgrades, and disconnections.

* Troubleshoot internet connectivity, fiber, LAN, Wi-Fi, and router-related issues.

* Perform basic **fiber cable testing, termination, splicing, and fault identification** as required.

* Maintain and troubleshoot local network infrastructure.

* Coordinate with the NOC/support team for complex technical issues.

* Attend customer complaints and resolve issues within the assigned timeline.

* Conduct site surveys for new connections.

* Maintain proper records of installations, complaints, equipment, and field activities.

* Collect required documents/equipment from customers when assigned.

* Follow company safety and operational procedures.

* Maintain good customer relationships and professional behavior.

## Eligibility – Fresher

* 10th / 12th / ITI / Diploma / Graduate.

* Basic understanding of computers and networking is an advantage.

* Good communication and customer-handling skills.

* Willingness to work in the field and learn networking technology.

* Freshers are encouraged to apply.

## Eligibility – Experienced

* 0–3+ years of experience in **ISP, FTTH, broadband, telecom, networking, or field technical support**.

* Hands-on experience with ONT/ONU, routers, switches, LAN/Wi-Fi, and fiber networks preferred.

* Experience in fiber fault finding and basic fiber splicing/testing will be an advantage.

* Candidates with experience handling ISP customer complaints and installations will be preferred.

## Required Skills

* Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Ability to work independently in the field.

* Ability to use a smartphone and basic mobile applications.

* Punctuality, discipline, and willingness to travel locally.

## Additional Requirements

* **Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred/required.**

* Willingness to travel to customer locations.

* Comfortable working outdoors and in different field conditions.
