Hiring: Senior Manager Operations – Loan Sales

📍 Location: A-39, 2nd floor, block -A , Sector -63, Noida, - 201301

We are looking for a Senior Manager Operations with extensive experience in the loan industry to manage end-to-end loan processing and lender coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Evaluate customer profiles and identify suitable lenders based on policy fitment.

✔ Login and process Business Loan, Professional Loan, MSME Loan, Working Capital, OD, and other unsecured loan applications.

✔ Review and verify customer documents to ensure compliance with lender requirements.

✔ Coordinate with lenders, sales teams, and customers for seamless processing and timely disbursals.

✔ Handle complex cases and provide solutions to improve approval ratios.

✔ Track applications from login to disbursal and maintain accurate MIS records.

✔ Stay updated with lender policies, documentation requirements, and process changes.

Requirements:

✔ 1+ years of experience in Loan Operations, Loan Processing, or Credit Operations.

✔ Strong knowledge of lender policies and eligibility criteria across Banks, NBFCs, and Fintech.

✔ Experience in handling multiple lender relationships and loan products.

✔ Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high volumes of loan files.

Preferred Background:

• Business Loan / Professional Loan / MSME Loan Operations

• DSA, Fintech, NBFC, or Banking Industry Experience
