MIS Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate data records, preparing reports, managing MIS documentation, and supporting management with timely and meaningful business insights. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of MS Excel, data management, and reporting processes.

• Key Responsibilities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
• Maintain and update company databases and records accurately.
• Generate sales, attendance, inventory, and performance reports as required.
• Analyze data and identify trends, discrepancies, and operational gaps.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and report preparation.
• Ensure timely submission of reports with high accuracy.
• Manage and organize spreadsheets, dashboards, and documentation.
• Support management in decision-making through proper data analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality of company data and information.
• Skills Required
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, HLOOKUP, Formulas, Charts).

Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools

.Qualification

Graduate in any stream.

Minimum 1 year of experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role.

Salary

Salary: As per industry standards / based on experience.

Working Days & Timing

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

6 Days Working / Monday to Saturday
