Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and responsible MIG Welder cum Fabricator to join our growing team in Noida. As a newly established company, the selected candidate will be responsible for handling complete welding and fabrication work independently, ensuring high-quality production and excellent finishing standards.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG welding on MS and other metal structures.
• Read measurements and fabricate products as per drawings or instructions.
• Ensure strong, neat, and clean welding joints.
• Handle grinding, finishing, and surface preparation work.
• Maintain high-quality standards in fabrication and finishing.
• Produce smooth, fine-finished products ready for painting or powder coating.
• Manage fabrication work independently and take ownership of production quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper handling of tools and equipment.
• Candidate Requirements1 to 5 years of experience in MIG welding and fabrication.
• Good knowledge of fabrication tools, grinders, cutting machines, and welding equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Experience in furniture, display stand, decorative structure, or custom metal fabrication will be preferred.
