Merchandiser

• Key Responsibilities
• Handle complete merchandising process from order placement to shipment.
• Coordinate with buyers, design, sampling, production, fabric, trims, QA and logistics teams.
• Prepare and follow TNA (Time & Action) calendar.
• Manage buyer communication, order status and production follow-up.
• Coordinate sampling, approvals, fabric & trims.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare costing, order sheets, purchase orders and production follow-up reports.
• Handle buyer comments and ensure timely implementation of approvals.
• Coordinate with factory/production teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, samples, approvals and shipment schedules.
• Ensure quality, delivery timelines and buyer requirements are met.
• Required Skills
• Strong knowledge of Garment Merchandising & Export Documentation.
• Good understanding of Costing, TNA, Sampling and Production.
• Excellent buyer communication and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of fabrics, trims, garments and construction.
• Ability to independently handle multiple styles/orders.
• Strong coordination and team-management skills.
• Good MS Excel, MS Office and ERP knowledge.
• Good English communication—written and verbal.
• Problem-solving and initiative-taking approach.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Preferred CandidateExperience in Garment Export House / Buying House preferred.
• Experience with European/US buyers will be an advantage.
• Candidates who can independently manage buyer accounts and production follow-up will be preferred.
