Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage coordination between buyers, production teams, and vendors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling orders, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining smooth communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with buyers and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution

Understand product requirements, specifications, and sample development

Follow up with production, sampling, and quality teams

Track order status, timelines, and delivery schedules

Manage the sampling process including development and approvals

Maintain order records, Excel trackers, and reports

Coordinate with vendors for fabrics, trims, and other materials

Ensure seamless communication between factory and office

Resolve day-to-day production and order-related issues

Required Skills

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in merchandising (preferably garment/export industry)

Strong communication and coordination skills

Excellent follow-up and problem-solving ability

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Profile

Experience in garment manufacturing or export house

Understanding of sampling and production cycles

Prior experience in buyer coordination

Education

Graduate in any discipline
