Marketing Assistant

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and DMs from restaurant and hospitality owners responding to our ads — from India and international markets
• Make outbound follow-up calls and send messages to leads who didn't respond initially
• Qualify leads — understand their business type, country, size, key challenges, and budget
• Schedule discovery calls with our senior consultants for warm and hot leads
• Coordinate across time zones for international client calls (Middle East, UK, Southeast Asia, etc.)
• Maintain a clean daily lead tracker — every call, status, and next follow-up date logged
• Follow up persistently (3–5 touchpoints) before marking a lead cold
• Meet weekly targets for qualified leads and booked consultations

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years in telesales, inside sales, international sales, or hospitality front desk
• Fluent Hindi and strong English — written and spoken (mandatory for international clients)
• Professional, polished phone manner — able to speak confidently with business owners from India, Middle East, UK, Southeast Asia
• Organized and disciplined with follow-ups across multiple time zones
• Comfortable with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, Zoom/Google Meet, and basic CRM tools
