Hiring: Logistics Executive (Packaging & Dispatch)

About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to manage the packaging, documentation, and dispatch of e-commerce orders received through our Shopify store.

Herbuno supplies herbal and botanical ingredients to customers in India and overseas. Most shipments are dispatched internationally through FedEx and DHL.

The role involves carefully packing products, preparing shipping documents, and coordinating with courier pickup personnel to ensure every order is dispatched accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Order Packaging

• Pack products according to the company’s standard packaging procedures.
• Verify product names, quantities, and package labels against order details.
• Ensure products are properly sealed, labelled, and packed for safe transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging and dispatch area.

Shipping Documentation

• Print commercial invoices, airway bills (AWB), Non-Dangerous Goods (Non-DG) declarations, and Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS).
• Prepare document pouches containing the required paperwork for each shipment.
• Carefully match shipping documents with the corresponding order and package.
• Verify customer names, addresses, order numbers, and AWB numbers before attaching document pouches.
• Ensure no documents or packages are mixed up between different customer orders.

Dispatch & Courier Coordination

• Prepare shipments for scheduled FedEx/DHL pickups.
• Coordinate with courier pickup personnel and hand over the correct packages.
• Maintain basic dispatch records and confirm successful pickup.
• Report packaging, documentation, or shipment discrepancies immediately.

Minimum Eligibility

• Education: Minimum 12th pass.
• English: Basic ability to read and understand English is mandatory. Fluent spoken English is NOT required.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, printing documents, handling PDF files, and using email.
• Experience: Previous experience in packaging, warehouse dispatch, courier operations, or e-commerce fulfilment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Training: Training will be provided on our packaging protocols and shipping documentation procedures.

• Ability to handle multiple orders without mixing up products, labels, or documents.
• Willingness to learn and follow established processes.

Important: Accuracy is critical in this role. Incorrectly attaching shipping documents or labels to packages can result in costly international shipping and customs complications.

• Working ConditionsFull-time, on-site position at our Sector 64, Noida facility.
• Involves standing, packing, labelling, and handling shipping cartons.
