Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage and optimize the movement of freight from origin to destination. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in coordinating shipments, ensuring timely deliveries, and maintaining clear communication with carriers, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate drayage operations, including scheduling pickups, deliveries, and drayage moves
• Manage documentation such as DOs(Delivery Orders), PODs (Proof of Delivery), and billing details
• Maintain accurate records in TMS and internal systems
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and customers

Preferred Skills:

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge of computer.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong English proficiency (written and verbal)
