Job Description

📢 Hiring: Team Leader (Loan Process)

📍 Location: E-49, Basement, Sector 3, Noida

🚇 Nearest Metro: Sector 16 Metro, Exit Gate No. 3

⏰ Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

📅 Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Sunday Fixed Off

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate the telesales team.
  • Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor calls, conversions & productivity.
  • Provide team guidance and product training.
  • Handle escalations and prepare daily reports.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years’ experience as Team Leader in Telesales/Loan Process.
  • Strong communication & team management skills.
  • Target-oriented and good knowledge of loan products.
  • MS Excel/reporting knowledge preferred.
