Sales Manager – Loan Department

Experience: 2+ Years in Loan/Financial Sales

Location: Noida

  • Manage and motivate the sales team.
  • Achieve monthly loan sales/disbursement targets.
  • Generate leads and ensure proper follow-ups.
  • Monitor team performance and daily sales reports.
  • Train team members and improve productivity.
  • Handle customer relationships and documentation.
