About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with our strategic customers across the Insurance, Motor Insurance, Banking, and SaaS sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for customer retention, commercial negotiations, pricing management, payment follow-ups, quotation preparation, and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & Customer RelationshipManage and maintain relationships with existing key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries and escalations.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and upselling.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term business retention.
- Commercial & Revenue ManagementLead negotiations with existing customers regarding contracts, renewals, and commercial terms.
- Prepare and share pricing proposals, quotations, and commercial agreements.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining profitability targets.
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies and customer-specific solutions.
- Payment & Collection ManagementMonitor customer payment cycles and outstanding invoices.
- Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely collections.
- Resolve payment-related disputes and discrepancies.
- Stakeholder CoordinationAssign and coordinate tasks with internal stakeholders including Operations, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Support teams.
- Track project deliverables and ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
- Facilitate cross-functional communication to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Reporting & Performance TrackingMaintain accurate account records, forecasts, and customer engagement plans.
- Prepare regular account performance reports and business reviews.
- Track key metrics related to customer retention, revenue, collections, and service delivery.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Client Success, Relationship Management, or B2B Sales.
- Experience working with customers in Insurance, Motor Insurance, Banking, or SaaS industries.
- Strong negotiation and commercial management skills.
- Experience handling pricing, quotations, contracts, and payment collections.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Preferred SkillsStrong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
