Job Summary:-

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Executive to manage key accounts, build strong client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and business partners.

* Drive sales and promote EzeePay products and services.

* Achieve sales and revenue targets.

* Handle customer queries and ensure timely issue resolution.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support.

* Maintain customer records and prepare regular reports.

Candidate Profile

2–3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Sales, Business Development, Customer Support, Customer Success, or Relationship Management.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficient in MS Office (Excel preferred).

* Target-oriented and customer-focused approach.

Industry Preference:

FinTech, Banking, BFSI, Payments, Telecom, or Financial Services.
