IT Support Executive

·        Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems.

·        Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network issues.

·        Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and internet connectivity.

·        Provide remote and onsite technical support to users.

·        Install and configure operating systems and software applications.

·        Monitor system performance and ensure network connection.

·        Handle email configuration, user account management, and data backup.

·        Coordinate with vendors and internet service providers for issue resolution.

·        Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

·        Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.

·        Understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, and troubleshooting.

·        Basic Server Knowledge

·        Fresher / Experienced both are welcome.
