Job Overview 

We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter / Bench Sales Manager to build and manage a strong network of freelance IT professionals, staffing vendors, and recruitment partners. The ideal candidate should have experience in C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) hiring models and should be capable of managing vendor relationships, sourcing contract resources, and supporting IT contractual staffing requirements. 

The candidate will be responsible for developing a channel of skilled IT consultants, coordinating with multiple vendors, and ensuring timely availability of resources for contract-based opportunities. 

Key Responsibilities 

Build and maintain a strong network of freelance developers, IT consultants, and contract resources. 

Handle C2C and C2H requirements for various IT skill sets. 

Manage relationships with multiple IT staffing vendors and recruitment partners. 

Source, screen, and market available consultants for contract opportunities. 

Maintain a database/pipeline of available IT professionals across technologies. 

Coordinate with vendors, recruiters, and clients for resource requirements. 

Negotiate rates, availability, and contract terms with vendors/resources. 

Understand client requirements and match suitable technical resources. 

Manage consultant submissions, follow-ups, interviews, and onboarding processes. 

Track consultant status, availability, assignments, and contract renewals. 

Develop long-term partnerships with staffing vendors and freelance developer communities. 

Required Skills & Experience 

2–3 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment / IT Staffing / Contract Staffing. 

Strong experience working on C2C and C2H hiring models. 

Experience in the IT services industry with knowledge of contract-based resource hiring. 

Strong vendor management and relationship-building skills. 

Good understanding of IT technologies and developer skill sets. 

Ability to build and maintain a large network of consultants/vendors. 

Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills. 

Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements. 

Preferred Candidate Profile 

Experience managing a pool of IT consultants/resources. 

Existing network of IT staffing vendors and freelance developers. 

Knowledge of contract staffing lifecycle. 

Experience in resource marketing, vendor coordination, and consultant management.
