Job Description
- Drive B2B sales initiatives and identify new business opportunities to increase revenue.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct direct sales meetings, presentations, and client negotiations.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 12-15 Inside Sales Representatives (ISR).
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve productivity and conversions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve lead generation and sales processes.
