Inventory Executive

Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements.

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials.

Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for inventory planning.

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.

Investigate and report inventory discrepancies.

Prepare inventory reports and share them with management.

Ensure proper storage and labeling of inventory items.

Maintain inventory documentation and compliance records.

Support the warehouse team during stock dispatch and receipt.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or store management.

Freshers with strong Excel knowledge may also apply.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic understanding of inventory management.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under deadlines.

Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with ERP or inventory management software.

Knowledge of stock auditing and reporting.
