Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Earthing Installation & Site Visit Engineer/Technician to execute earthing and lightning protection system installations at customer sites. The candidate will be responsible for site surveys, installation, testing, documentation, and timely reporting through the company Site Visit App.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site surveys for Earthing and Lightning Protection Systems.
• Install and supervise Maintenance-Free Earthing Systems, Copper Bonded Rods, Earthing Strips, Lightning Arresters, and related accessories.
• Perform earth resistance testing and prepare test reports.
• Ensure installation is completed according to company standards and client specifications.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams at the site.
• Maintain proper installation quality and follow all safety procedures.
• Mark daily attendance through the Company Site Visit App.
• Update site visit details, work progress, and GPS location in the App.
• Upload before/during/after installation photographs through the App.
• Submit daily site visit reports and work completion reports.
• Record material usage and report any shortages or damages.
• Resolve basic site issues and escalate technical concerns when required.
• Travel to different project locations as assigned.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of Earthing & Lightning Protection Systems.
• Ability to use Earth Resistance Testers and electrical tools.
• Basic understanding of electrical drawings.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and at outdoor project sites.
• Knowledge of safety practices and PPE usage.
• QualificationITI (Electrician/Wireman) / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Earthing, Electrical Installation, or Site Execution will be preferred.
• Experience1–5 Years (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply.)
• SalaryAs per experience and interview performance.
• Additional RequirementsWillingness to travel extensively for site visits.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
• Smartphone mandatory for using the Company Site Visit App.
• Candidate must upload attendance, site photos, GPS location, and daily work reports through the Company App.
