Roles & Responsibilities – Team Leader (B2B Inside Sales)

• Lead and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• Drive B2B sales through cold calling, lead generation, prospecting, and new client acquisition.
• Allocate leads, monitor daily activities, and ensure timely follow-ups for maximum conversions.
• Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity.
• Monitor team KPIs, including calls, meetings, conversions, revenue, and target achievement.
• Conduct regular team huddles, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Assist team members in handling client objections, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business opportunities and revenue
