Job Description

Academic Counselor / Admissions Counselor – Drone Training & Education

Location- Noida (Work from Office)

Salary ₹18,000 – ₹26,000 per month (Fixed Salary)

IncentivesPerformance-based incentives with high earning potential.

Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹35,000 – ₹70,000+ for top performers.



Job Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, website enquiries, events, and referrals.
  • Counsel prospective students and professionals regarding drone training programs.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses.
  • Conduct follow-up calls, WhatsApp communication, and email correspondence.
  • Convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in CRM.
  • Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and training teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.
  • Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing learners.



  • Desired Candidate ProfileMust Have 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Education Sales, Admission Counselling, EdTech Sales, Training Sales, or Course Sales.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable making 80–120 calls per day.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.


Preferred

  • Experience in EdTech, Skill Development, Aviation, Training Institutes, or Education Counselling.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Graduate in any discipline.
