Job Description
- Contact potential and existing customers to explain company products and services.
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and online inquiries.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solar solutions.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the field sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales and lead conversion targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide product-related information.
- Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
