Job Description
- Contact prospective students through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand students' educational background, career aspirations, and learning requirements.
- Provide career counselling and recommend suitable courses based on students' goals and interests.
- Explain course features, curriculum, certifications, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
- Guide students through the complete admission and enrollment process.
- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
- Address queries, objections, and concerns to help students make informed decisions.
- Achieve monthly admission, revenue, and conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the admissions, academic, and support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Stay updated on new courses, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high student satisfaction throughout the counselling journey.
