Job Description
Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Telecalling)
Company: Ugrasen Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd.
Location: Noida
Job Responsibilities:
Contact and convert inbound leads into qualified prospects.
Respond to new CRM leads within 15 minutes of lead assignment.
Make 80–100 connected calls daily and update the CRM with accurate call outcomes (Interested, Callback, Not Eligible, etc.).
Verify customer details, including consumer number, monthly electricity consumption, rooftop ownership, and eligibility.
Schedule appointments for the Field Sales team.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups.
Achieve daily and monthly lead conversion targets.
Coordinate with the Sales and CRM teams for smooth lead management.
Eligibility:
Graduate or Intermediate (12th Pass) with good communication skills.
Experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, Customer Support, or Lead Generation is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software will be an advantage.
Fluent in Hindi; basic English communication is preferred.
