**Job Title:** HR Executive – Recruitment

### Job Summary

Netambit is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive to handle recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting the hiring process to meet organizational manpower requirements.

### Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.

* Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.

* Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

* Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

* Coordinate offer rollout and joining formalities.

* Ensure timely closure of open positions.

* Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

### Required Skills

* Basic knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to screen and evaluate candidate profiles.

* Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word).

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

### Qualifications

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

* Minimum 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
