AppointDistributors.com, a venture of BIZZPRIDE INDIA PVT. LTD., is a B2B business expansion platform helping manufacturers and brands appoint distributors, wholesalers, dealers, importers, and institutional buyers across India and international markets.
We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and process-oriented HR Executive / HR Manager who can manage complete HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, performance monitoring, and workplace discipline.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Recruit candidates for Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, CRM, Digital Marketing, IT, Operations, and other departments.
- Negotiate salary packages and issue offer/appointment letters.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and regularly follow up with selected candidates.
- Develop a strong talent pipeline for future requirements.
Employee Onboarding
- Manage joining formalities and documentation.
- Conduct company and policy orientation for new employees.
- Coordinate with respective department heads for employee induction.
- Ensure employees understand KRAs, KPIs, targets, reporting structure, and company policies.
- Maintain complete employee records and documentation.
Attendance, Leave & Payroll Coordination
- Monitor daily attendance, late arrivals, absenteeism, and leave records.
- Maintain monthly attendance and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate salary calculations, incentives, deductions, and other employee-related payments with Accounts.
- Handle leave approvals and attendance regularization.
- Maintain accurate HR MIS and employee databases.
Performance Management
- Coordinate monthly and quarterly employee performance reviews.
- Track employee KPIs, KRAs, targets, and overall performance.
- Identify low-performing employees and coordinate improvement plans with department heads.
- Assist management in employee confirmation, promotion, increment, incentive, and disciplinary decisions.
- Maintain Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) records where required.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related concerns.
- Maintain a professional and positive workplace environment.
- Conduct regular employee feedback and engagement activities.
- Handle workplace conflicts professionally and confidentially.
- Improve employee retention and reduce unnecessary attrition.
- Conduct exit interviews and document reasons for employee resignations.
HR Policies & Discipline
- Implement and monitor company HR policies.
- Ensure employees follow office timings, attendance rules, leave policies, notice periods, confidentiality requirements, and workplace discipline.
- Issue warning letters, show-cause notices, performance notices, and other HR communications when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, salary, and business information.
- Coordinate NDA and other employment-related documentation.
Exit & Full-and-Final Process
- Manage resignation and separation processes.
- Monitor employee notice periods.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Coordinate handover of company assets, data, leads, CRM access, documents, and responsibilities.
- Coordinate Full & Final settlement with the Accounts department.
- Maintain records of resigned and terminated employees.
HR MIS & Management Reporting
Prepare and present regular HR reports covering:
- Total employee strength
- New joining
- Resignations
- Attrition
- Open vacancies
- Recruitment status
- Attendance
- Employee performance
- Department-wise manpower
- Salary and incentive inputs
- Employee concerns
- HR action points
Required Skills
- Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle.
- Ability to handle employees professionally but firmly.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Knowledge of attendance, payroll coordination, HR documentation, and compliance.
- Good command of MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and HR reporting.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- High level of confidentiality and professional ethics.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualification
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
- HR Executive: 1–3 years
- Senior HR / HR Manager: 3–7 years
Experience in B2B, Sales, Tele-sales, IT, Digital Marketing, Marketplace, Startup, or Service Industry recruitment will be preferred.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Performance will primarily be evaluated on:
- Recruitment turnaround time
- Quality of employees hired
- Joining ratio
- Employee retention
- Attrition control
- Attendance and discipline management
- Timely completion of HR documentation
- Employee grievance resolution
- Payroll data accuracy
- Performance-review coordination
- HR reporting accuracy
- Achievement of manpower requirements
Ideal Candidate
