1. Recruitment and Onboarding

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring, from drafting job descriptions and posting on platforms like LinkedIn to screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  • Onboarding: Conduct induction and orientation for new hires, verify documents, and ensure they are equipped to integrate smoothly into the company culture. [2, 3]
