Location: Noida, Sector 2

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Incentives

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years (Preferred)

• Job Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment for loan process, telecalling, and sales profiles.
• Source candidates through referrals, WhatsApp groups, social media, and direct calling.
• Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Achieve daily and monthly hiring targets.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
• Focus on bulk hiring and improve joining ratios.
• Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Ability to handle bulk hiring and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge and Excel skills.
• Proactive, target-oriented, and confident approach.
