We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager (Female) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in recruitment, staffing, and client management, with proven experience in handling large-scale hiring requirements for BPO and corporate clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end recruitment for Domestic & International BPOs and Corporate Clients.
  • Handle multiple BPO hiring accounts and client relationships simultaneously.
  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates across various levels.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
  • Manage bulk hiring, permanent staffing, temporary staffing, and contractual hiring assignments.
  • Build and maintain a strong candidate database and talent pipeline.
  • Good Network Connection with Good Clients of IT & MNC BPOs.
  • Presentable, Young , Dynamic , Customer Handling
  • Ensure excellent client servicing and candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Develop business relationships with HR teams of leading MNCs and International BPOs.
  • Desired Candidate Profile: Only Female candidate with 4–5+ years of experience in HR Consultancy, Recruitment, Staffing, or Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong exposure to Domestic & International BPO hiring, IT Hirings & 3rd Party Hirings.
  • Experience in permanent staffing, temporary staffing, contractual hiring, and bulk recruitment.
  • Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Pleasing personality with a professional approach.
  • Strong networking and industry connections with leading MNCs and International BPOs will be a significant advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets within deadlines.
  • Proficient in MS Office and major job portals.
