Working Days: 6 days/week (Tuesday off)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000/month (based on experience)

Role Overview

We're looking for an HR Manager to own end-to-end HR operations — from hiring to onboarding to day-to-day people management — and help build a process-driven, scalable HR function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing roles across sales, telesales, and support functions
• Handle onboarding, documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities
• Maintain attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
• Build and enforce HR SOPs, policies, and compliance processes
• Drive employee engagement, performance tracking, and retention initiatives
• Coordinate with department heads on manpower planning

Requirements

• 2+ years of HR generalist/executive experience (real estate/sales-driven industry preferred)
• Strong recruitment and onboarding track record with measurable results
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-building environment
