HR Generalist

Position/Role:

HR Manager / HR Generalist (depending on experience and fitment)

Key Expectations from the Role:

• Hiring coordination
• Candidate sourcing
• Handling portals like Apna, Naukri & Indeed
• Interview scheduling
• Employee onboarding & maintaining joining documentation
• Attendance management
• Organizing training programs across departments such as Sales, Service & Accounts
• Salary structure & payroll management
• Developing KPIs & KRAs for employees and managing appraisals & performance-based rewards
• Maintaining employee records and documentation
• Organizing employee engagement activities and recognition programs
• Supporting organizational growth and change management initiatives

Work Location:

Sector 63, Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar

Working Days & Timings:

Monday to Saturday

9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Team Structure / Reporting:

We are currently a team of 50+ employees and are expanding PAN India as we continue adding new products to our portfolio. This growth is creating continuous hiring requirements across departments.
