Job Description
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee salary records, attendance, leaves, and overtime
Coordinate with operations for attendance and shift data
Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other statutory compliances
Prepare salary sheets, payslips, and payroll reports
Resolve employee payroll-related queries
Maintain employee master data and payroll documentation
Support HR activities like onboarding, exit formalities, and audits
