Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive to join our team . In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. Your primary duties will include overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee records, facilitating onboarding, and acting as the first point of contact for employee queries.

The ideal candidate is highly approachable, detail-oriented, and holds a strong understanding of current labor laws and HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Staffing:

Draft and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and internal portals.

Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial phone or video screening interviews.

Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.

Assist in negotiating offers and issuing employment contracts.

Onboarding & Offboarding:

Conduct employee orientation and facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Ensure all necessary paperwork, IT setup, and training sessions are completed.

Manage the offboarding process, including conducting exit interviews and processing final settlements.

Employee Relations & Support:

Act as the primary point of contact for general HR inquiries from employees.

Assist in resolving workplace conflicts and employee grievances professionally and confidentially.

Help organize team-building activities, employee engagement initiatives, and company events.

Performance & Compensation:

Support the performance appraisal process by tracking timelines and collecting evaluation forms.

Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accurate tracking of attendance, leaves, and overtime.

Maintain and update employee benefits programs and communicate changes to the team.

Administration & Compliance:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) or internal databases.

Ensure company policies are properly documented, communicated, and adhered to.

Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations to ensure company compliance.
