Location: Noida - Sector 62 (Work from Office)

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Growth Lead to drive business growth, patient acquisition, strategic partnerships, and brand expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase patient acquisition and revenue.
- Own the North Star metric: 100 → 500 leads/month by Day 90
- Manage the paid marketing team, review daily numbers, kill underperforming ads, scale winners
- Diagnose and fix funnel drop-offs across the patient journey
- Build the WhatsApp automation flows, referral program, and retention loops
- Coordinate with telecallers, patient care coordinators, and field BDMs — the connective tissue between growth and operations
- Own the CEO’s weekly growth dashboard
- Sit in on every subsequent hire’s final interview.
- Build and manage referral networks with gynaecologists, IVF specialists, hospitals, diagnostic centres, and healthcare partners.
- Lead digital marketing initiatives, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, CRM, email marketing, and performance campaigns.
- Plan and execute offline marketing activities such as health camps, awareness programs, doctor engagement events, and corporate wellness initiatives.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with hospitals, corporates, NGOs, pharmacies, and healthcare organizations.
- Monitor growth metrics, campaign performance, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize the patient journey and improve conversions.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of demonstrated ownership in growth, operations, or strategy roles.
- Bachelor’s degree from a strong program (engineering, commerce, or equivalent rigor).
- Proven track record of shipping something with measurable impact — a P&L, a funnel lift, a launch, a team build.
