About the Role Algoji Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Visual Content Executive who can handle both digital and offline design requirements of the company.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating everything from everyday marketing creatives to professional corporate branding and print materials. A candidate who also has knowledge of video editing, website UI design and digital content creation will have a strong advantage.

This is a hands-on role where the selected candidate will work closely with the management, marketing and business teams to convert ideas and requirements into professional visual communication.

• Flyers
• Pamphlets
• Standee Designs
• Posters
• Banners
• Flex Designs
• Hoardings / Glow Sign Boards
• Certificates
• Company Profiles
• Presentations
• Marketing Creatives
• Social Media Posts
• Digital Advertisements
• Promotional Materials
• Corporate BrandingDevelop and maintain consistent brand identity.
• Design logos and logo variations.
• Create brand assets and marketing templates.
• Maintain proper fonts, colours, layouts and visual standards.
• Understand how a design will appear across digital and physical media.
• Prepare print-ready artwork according to vendor specifications.
• Digital & Social Media DesignCreate graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
• Design thumbnails and promotional creatives.
• Create campaign-specific creatives.
• Adapt designs into multiple sizes and formats.
• Work with the marketing team to create visual content for campaigns and promotions.

Video & Motion ContentVideo editing knowledge will be an added advantage.

The candidate may be required to:

• Edit short promotional videos.
• Create Reels/Shorts.
• Edit basic YouTube videos.
• Add text, transitions, graphics and captions.
• Create simple motion graphics.
• Prepare video creatives for marketing campaigns.

Website UI / Digital Product DesignCandidates with knowledge of website UI/UX will be strongly preferred.

Responsibilities may include:

• Designing website pages and landing pages.
• Creating UI layouts and visual concepts.
• Improving existing website interfaces.
• Creating banners, sections and web graphics.
• Preparing designs for developers.
• Basic understanding of responsive design.

Knowledge of Figma will be an advantage.

Required Software / ToolsStrong knowledge of at least the following:

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• CorelDRAW

Knowledge of the following will be an advantage:

• Figma
• Canva
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• CapCut or similar video-editing tools

The candidate should be comfortable learning new tools whenever required.
