Fundraiser

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Connect with individuals and potential donors to explain UNICEF’s work supporting children and women.

• Communicate campaign objectives and explain how donations support child welfare, education, health, nutrition, and protection initiatives.

• Engage with prospective donors in a professional, courteous, and persuasive manner through the assigned channel (such as face-to-face, calling, or events).

• Encourage voluntary donations and assist interested supporters with the approved donation process.

• Respond to donor questions clearly and provide accurate information using approved campaign materials.

• Maintain donor interaction records, follow campaign guidelines, and meet assigned outreach or fundraising targets.

• Build positive relationships with supporters while following ethical fundraising practices and respecting donor privacy. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Freshers are welcome; prior sales experience is an advantage.

• Candidates with experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, fundraising, or donor acquisition are encouraged to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging new people.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort working toward campaign targets.

• Ability to explain social-impact initiatives with clarity, honesty, and professionalism.
