Job SummaryWe are looking for a Sales Executive to manage daily market visits and drive sales across assigned retail outlets in the Noida market. The candidate will be responsible for shop-to-shop sales, order booking, outlet coverage, relationship management, and achievement of sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct daily shop-to-shop visits across assigned markets.
• Generate orders and achieve monthly/weekly sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Ensure regular coverage of assigned outlets and maximize productive calls.
• Introduce new products, schemes, offers, and promotions to retailers.
• Monitor product availability, visibility, and merchandising at outlets.
• Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
• Ensure timely reporting of daily market visits, orders, and sales performance.
• Follow company guidelines related to attendance, reporting, and market discipline.
• Candidate RequirementsMust have a Bike/Scooty for daily market visits.
• Candidate should preferably live near Noida Sector 69 or within a convenient commuting distance.
• 1–3 years of experience in FMCG / General Trade / Retail Sales preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with extensive field work and daily shop-to-shop visits.
• Target-oriented and willing to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Basic knowledge of smartphones/apps for order booking and reporting.
