About KEEOKEEO Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. is a facility management company providing housekeeping, manpower, facility operations, security, and allied services to commercial and institutional clients.
We are looking for a proactive and responsible Field Supervisor to manage day-to-day operations across multiple client locations in Delhi NCR and ensure that services are delivered as per KEEO and client standards.
Role OverviewThe Field Supervisor will be responsible for on-ground supervision and operational control of assigned client sites. The role involves regular site visits, managing housekeeping and support staff, monitoring attendance and grooming, ensuring cleaning standards, resolving operational issues, coordinating with clients, and reporting site performance to the management team.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR, handling multiple sites, managing frontline staff, and taking quick decisions in day-to-day operational situations.
- Key Responsibilities1. Site OperationsConduct regular visits to assigned client locations.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day facility and housekeeping operations.
- Ensure all services are delivered according to agreed SOPs and client requirements.
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and overall facility standards.
- Identify operational gaps and take corrective action.
- Conduct routine site inspections and quality checks.
- Ensure proper deployment of manpower as per the approved roster.
- 2. Manpower ManagementSupervise housekeeping attendants, supervisors, technicians, and other deployed staff as applicable.
- Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, absenteeism, and staff deployment.
- Arrange replacements for absentee staff in coordination with the operations team.
- Conduct staff briefings and daily task allocation.
- Ensure employees follow grooming, uniform, hygiene, and workplace discipline standards.
- Support onboarding and induction of new employees at client sites.
- Identify manpower-related issues and escalate them promptly.
- 3. Quality & SOP ComplianceConduct regular cleaning and service-quality audits.
- Ensure housekeeping SOPs and checklists are followed.
- Monitor washrooms, common areas, workstations, pantry areas, meeting rooms, entrances, and other designated areas.
- Ensure correct use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Monitor usage and condition of cleaning machines, tools, uniforms, and other operational assets.
- Coordinate periodic/deep-cleaning activities wherever applicable.
- Record observations and ensure closure of identified gaps.
- 4. Client CoordinationMaintain professional communication with client representatives and facility teams.
- Understand and address day-to-day operational requirements of clients.
- Attend to service complaints and coordinate their resolution.
- Escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager.
- Collect client feedback and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with client teams and deployed employees.
- 5. Attendance & ReportingVerify daily attendance and manpower deployment.
- Maintain site-wise attendance and manpower records.
- Submit daily/weekly operational reports to the management team.
- Report absenteeism, staff turnover, incidents, complaints, and operational challenges.
- Maintain inspection and quality-check records.
- Track pending issues until closure.
- 6. Consumables & InventoryMonitor availability of cleaning chemicals, consumables, PPE, uniforms, tools, and other site requirements.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks.
- Identify shortages before they affect operations.
- Coordinate with the operations/procurement team for replenishment.
- Monitor appropriate usage of consumables and minimize unnecessary wastage.
- 7. Incident & Issue ManagementRespond promptly to operational incidents at assigned sites.
- Document incidents and communicate them to the concerned management team.
- Coordinate with client representatives during operational emergencies.
- Follow KEEO's incident-response and escalation procedures.
- Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented where required.
- 8. Team Training & DevelopmentConduct toolbox talks and regular staff briefings.
- Train employees on basic housekeeping procedures, equipment handling, chemical usage, grooming, and workplace conduct.
- Identify training requirements among deployed staff.
- Support supervisors and frontline employees in improving service quality.
Daily ResponsibilitiesThe Field Supervisor may be expected to:
- Visit assigned sites according to the daily route plan.
- Check manpower attendance and deployment.
- Inspect housekeeping quality.
- Check staff grooming and uniforms.
- Verify availability of chemicals and consumables.
- Review pending complaints and operational issues.
- Coordinate replacements for absentee staff.
- Interact with client representatives.
- Conduct spot checks and surprise inspections.
- Update the operations team through the prescribed reporting system.
- Follow up on unresolved issues until closure.
- Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong people-management skills.
- Ability to manage frontline housekeeping staff.
- Basic understanding of housekeeping and facility-management operations.
- Good observation and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and WhatsApp-based reporting.
- Ability to prepare basic operational reports.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi NCR.
Educational QualificationMinimum: 12th Pass
Preferred: Graduate / Diploma in Facility Management, Hospitality, Operations, or a related field.
Experience2–5 years of experience in:
- Facility Management
- Housekeeping
- Hospitality
- Commercial housekeeping
- Coworking / Co-living operations
- Integrated Facility Management
- Manpower supervision
Candidates with experience managing multiple sites or large frontline teams will be preferred.
- Other RequirementsMust be comfortable travelling across Delhi NCR.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Should be comfortable working at different client locations.
- Should be flexible with operational requirements and occasional extended hours when required.
- Strong discipline, ownership, and follow-through are essential.

What We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is hands-on, responsible, mobile, and comfortable working on the ground.
The Field Supervisor should not simply report problems — they should be able to identify the problem, coordinate with the relevant team, take immediate corrective action, and follow through until the issue is closed.
