Job Description
Job Title: Field Sales & Operations Executive
Location: Noida
SH Solar Projects is looking for a proactive and responsible Field Sales & Operations Executive to support our day-to-day solar project activities. The role involves client meetings, site visits, preparation of quotations, coordination with internal teams, handling leads generated through various channels, warehouse management, and assisting customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct site visits for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects
• Meet prospective customers and understand their energy requirements
• Collect site data, measurements, and photographs for proposal preparation
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and project-related documentation
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, approvals, and project progress
• Attend client meetings and provide project updates
• Assist in project execution and ensure smooth communication between customers and internal teams
• Manage and follow up on leads generated through various company channels, including website inquiries, social media platforms, referrals, and other lead-generation sources
• Take care of warehouse operations, including inventory tracking, material movement, stock records, and coordination of material dispatch for projects
• Maintain records of site visits, customer interactions, project status, and inventory details
• Support day-to-day operational activities of the company
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any discipline
• 1–4 years of experience in field sales, operations, customer coordination, warehouse management, or a similar role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Ability to travel locally for site visits and customer meetings
• Two-wheeler preferred
• Experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage
