Job Description

Door2fy is a PAN India IT Field Service Platform that connects companies with verified laptop repair technicians, desktop engineers, printer engineers, CCTV installers, networking engineers, and other IT service providers.

We are looking for energetic Field Sales Executives who can visit laptop repair shops, computer hardware stores, printer service centers, CCTV installers, networking vendors, and local IT service providers, explain the Door2fy platform, and onboard them as registered partners.

The onboarding process is completely free for engineers and vendors, which makes partner acquisition easier. We need candidates with a sales mindset who can confidently communicate, convince, and influence shop owners and technicians to join our platform.

Key Responsibilities

* Visit laptop repair shops, computer hardware stores, printer service centers, CCTV installers, networking vendors, and IT service providers in assigned areas.

* Explain the benefits of joining the Door2fy platform.

* Convince technicians and shop owners to register on the platform.

* Assist partners with the free onboarding process and registration.

* Collect onboarding documents such as Aadhaar, PAN, GST (if available), bank details, visiting card, and business information.

* Verify shop details and basic technical capabilities.

* Maintain daily visit reports and onboarding status updates.

* Coordinate with the Door2fy operations team for partner activation.

* Build long-term relationships with local IT vendors and service providers.

* Achieve monthly onboarding targets.

Skills Required

* Strong communication and convincing skills.

* Sales and negotiation skills.

* Ability to influence and onboard new partners.

* Confidence in speaking with business owners and technicians.

* Field sales or marketing experience preferred.

* Basic understanding of laptops, desktops, printers, networking, CCTV, or IT services is an advantage.

* Smartphone and WhatsApp communication skills.

* Ability to travel within the assigned city/region.

Eligibility

* 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.

* Freshers with good communication skills can apply.

* Candidates with experience in field sales, merchant onboarding, distributor onboarding, telecom sales, IT sales, vendor acquisition, or business development will be preferred.
