Business Development Manager – Channel Sales
Location: Noida/ East Delhi
Department: Business Development / Channel Sales

Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Manager with experience in Channel Sales to drive retail merchant onboarding and business growth across assigned locations in Noida.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard retail merchants for the company’s channel business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and channel partners.
Drive new merchant acquisition and achieve monthly onboarding and business targets.
Conduct minimum 8 unique field visits per day to prospective and existing merchants.
Generate leads through market visits, references, networking and local market mapping.
Explain insurance products, processes and benefits to merchants.
Ensure smooth merchant onboarding, documentation and activation.
Track daily visits, leads, conversions and onboarding through the prescribed reporting system.
Develop the assigned territory and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for merchant activation, servicing and issue resolution.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospects to improve conversion rates.
Mandatory Requirements
2-wheeler is mandatory with a valid driving licence.
Prior experience in BFSI / Fintech / Channel Sales is preferred.
Proven experience in field sales and merchant acquisition.
Comfortable with extensive field travel.
Ability to complete 8 unique merchant visits every day.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and self-driven approach.
Candidates should have good knowledge of the East Delhi :Noida/ East Delhi
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Daily: 8 unique field visits
New merchant onboarding
Merchant activation/conversion
Lead generation and follow-ups
Monthly business/revenue targets
Territory development and merchant productivity
What We’re Looking For
Someone who is field-oriented, highly energetic and comfortable with daily market visits, with a strong understanding of channel sales and the ability to acquire and manage retail merchants.
