Field Sales Executive

Oroglow Professional is looking for a Field Sales Executive to expand its presence in the professional beauty industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, maintaining relationships with salon owners, and achieving monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit salons, beauty parlours, retailers, and distributors in the assigned territory.
• Generate new business and onboard new salon customers.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Present and promote Oroglow Professional products.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Follow up with customers to generate repeat orders.
• Coordinate with the distributor and internal team for order fulfillment.
• Collect market feedback and competitor information.
• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates.
