Field Sales Executive

Craving Creams is looking for energetic and ambitious graduates to join our field sales team for expanding our presence in the HORECA segment (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Bakeries, Juice Shops, Shake Parlours, Banquet Halls, and Caterers).

This is a field-based role where the candidate will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products within Noida and Greater Noida.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a long-term career in sales, business development, and FMCG/Food Service industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business from Restaurants, Cafes, Hotels, Bakeries, Juice Shops, Shake Shops, Banquet Halls, and Caterers.
• Conduct daily market visits and identify potential customers.
• Present Craving Creams products and pricing to prospective clients.
• Generate leads independently and convert them into active customers.
• Take orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain daily visit reports and sales records.
• Collect competitor and market feedback.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Fresher or up to 2 years of sales experience.
• Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
• Comfortable with field sales and daily travel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, and Google Maps.
