Field Sales Executive

drives revenue by meeting customers face-to-face, promoting products or services, and building long-term client relationships within an assigned territory. Unlike inside sales staff, they spend most of their work time traveling to client sites, pitching offerings, and closing deals in person.

Key Responsibilities

• Find new sales leads by visiting local businesses or clients in an assigned zone.
• Show how products work through live, in-person demos and pitches.
• Negotiate prices and close sale contracts.
• Keep in touch with current clients to encourage repeat business and upgrades.
• Meet or beat monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Log daily visits and update client data using mobile CRM tools.
• Write regular reports on sales results.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong skills in talking, listening, and persuading others.
• Good time management to plan daily travel routes.
• Ability to work on your own and stay driven to reach goals.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel daily.
• High school diploma or a college degree in business or a related field.
