Field Sales Executive

1. Job Description: The Field Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling camera products by visiting different locations, identifying potential customers, explaining product features and benefits, and generating new sales opportunities. This is a target-based role that requires strong communication skills, customer interaction, regular field visits, and the ability to achieve assigned sales targets.

2. Job Responsibilities: The employee is responsible for visiting different locations to approach new customers, promote camera products, explain product specifications and pricing, and demonstrate how the products work. The employee must build good relationships with customers, identify their needs, generate sales leads, follow up with interested customers, convert potential leads into sales, and achieve the assigned sales targets. The employee must also monitor market trends, maintain professional conduct, and submit daily sales and customer visit reports to the reporting manager.

3. Job Tasks: The employee must visit and interact with a minimum of 15 customers per day to introduce and promote the company's camera products. The employee must explain product features, benefits, pricing, and usage, answer customer questions, and encourage potential customers to make purchases. The employee must identify new sales opportunities, maintain records of customer interactions, follow up with interested prospects, update daily sales activities, and work consistently towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
